Wonderful Matters

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7) The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." (Proverbs 14:1) I'd written a bit about some things people could do to employ the best knowledge with the best wisdom and... I kind of felt I was just sharing things people already know. It wasn't that what I shared wasn't meaningful, but so many look at those extraordinarily profound truth rules and shrug, "So what." Yeah, this is kind of why I often feel resigned that all I am doing is what I've called trollee'ing.  There are just so many lethally stupid things out there in the world it doesn't matter how powerfully lucid you are in your response, it just doesn't seem to matter. Just a quick note about my last post from a couple days ago.  I'd mentioned the catastrophic floods in central Texas with no intention of sharing that just to make a metaphor for some great spiritual truth. I'd even mentioned that in the blog post, even though I did talk about things related to simply not being prepared when it could very well be the case we could be. That severe weather event there could have been something that was indeed just a freak meteorological incident and all the warnings in the world could not have prevented the tragedy. There is so much to understand regarding that. I'd also heard, however, that there were protocols that could have been activated but were not, and because of that many lives could have been saved simply by having a more rigorous effort to evacuate when they could. I confess I am not a fan of July 4th festivities. I know this will get me in big trouble with the more zealously patriotic set. It isn't that I don't appreciate what we enjoy in the United States, I am always doing what my Lord asks me to do and pray for the people in it, even those in significant positions of leadership whomever they may be.  I could detail some of why I feel the way I do, but really, I'd just be trolling, and encouraging trollee'ing. Why. I will say, however, that yesterday -- on this day of grandiose celebration of good wholesome all-American things -- a sudden massive rainfall led to catastrophic flooding in central Texas. Already some two dozen are confirmed dead and many more are still missing. Over 200 hundred people have been rescued by courageous and industrious emergency personnel, so that is a very good blessing -- that there are that many people smart and prepared to do that. I'd just put up a post about the devastation that is the massive global migrant movement program, one that is arranged specifically to destabilize entire countries including the United States. Again I've realized there is so much to these machinations, much of it wholly disunderstood by the World Devotee. It is so much that I simply cannot publish a post that, while it does indeed contain some of those truths, I feel I simply cannot do the subject justice. If for the four hours the post was up some readers found it and discovered Christ and Kingdom out of it, wonderful. That's the entire point.
