I felt like posting about another article from Brownstone , this one based on the ideas shared in the classic American novel The Grapes of Wrath. I have not read the book and all I know about the film is it stars Henry Fonda as an exasperated Tom Joad, a farmer afflicted with the unyielding vicissitudes of farm life, including that of powerful financial exploiters. He mentions one part that is quite instructive about the reality of The Monolith, that millennia-old entity that does the proper work of prosecuting the standard evildoing of a World System devoted populace. The bank is poised to take his farm, and he fervently exhibits a righteously justified resistance, speaking to the bulldozer driver about to raze his place. The author of the piece does make mention about having enough courage to just get out there and labor really hard to make change happen with the very best rhetorical convincing with the help of a lot of others who feel really really bad about how exploitive The Monol...

I was checking out The Matrix  again last night -- yes, I'd already seen it a few times. I really like the scene when Morpheus explains everything to Neo, much because the comes-the-dawn moment is the overarching goal of every follower of Christ in sharing the gospel with someone. Neo does take a bit of a leap of faith in swallowing the red pill, but that indeed is a lot of it -- a trope that has become quite common as you may well know. Want to know reality, really ? Then take the red pill. The problem is that so many believe that revelation from the red pill's effects only comes with identifying and embracing the proper conspiracy theories. The idea is you can BE FREE! once you understand what the Rothschilds have done or the Council on Foreign Relations has done or the CIA has done and is still doing and on and on and on and on and on  ad nauseam.  Now there is the AI to help you see. Supposedly . Actually it just makes it much more complicated and much more difficult ...

Huh, I just heard for the first time when this year's US presidential election day is. November 5th. Huh. Didn't know that. Because as you know, "Remember remember the fifth of November, gunpowder treason and plot. For there is a reason why gunpowder and treason should ne'er be forgot." What does that mean? Does it mean that because they once tried to assassinate our beloved king by detonating a gazillion kegs of explosives under the Parliament building we'd better be sure that kind of thing just doesn't happen again by ferociously prosecuting those we all are told did it? And if anyone tries to do it again they know they'll get it right in the ----?! Or is it a reminder that any time a king even once even remotely even a little bit tries to be a ::gasp::  -- TYRANT  -- then we all know what to do? So don't forget it, okay, don't forget what they tell us needs to be done to keep the bad tyranny away...  In the great glorious name of DEMOCRACY!...

I'm currently reading the book Filterworld  with expansive details about a very real Truth Rule reality: There is no such thing as "A.I." One of the most sinister things anyone can spew out into the world of hearers is the term "A.I." to describe what is merely Super-Duper-Fast Processing Information Technology. Sadly I don't think people want to convince you their version of "A.I." will bring everyone the utopia you've always wanted would for two seconds want to call it S.P.I.T, but if they were honest they would.  What is so phenomenally stupid is that the rollout of Google's "A.I." information generator they called Gemini was such a disaster anyone with a single brain cell should have acknowledged the Truth Rule. With the year 2024 looking like it will be something of an explosive one, I thought I'd just direct you to a piece from Off-Guardian  yesterday, a fine exposition by its editor Kit Knightly. It does a pretty decent job of sharing precisely why so many people, especially people in some positions of power, do incredibly stupid things. In simple terms it is because they are so beholden to the Big Lie to which all World inhabitants and all System mandarins must give their utmost fealty. Knightly's piece had me considering it a sort-of present-day rendition of Tupper Saussy's epilogue in his book Tennessee Waltz called "The Politics of Witchcraft." I really thought I should add some more thoughts to a post I put up a couple days ago that could easily be called "The Die Hard  Factor." I'd mentioned the movie Die Hard was so compelling because the filmmaker did a fine job of showcasing some phenomenally stupid people, and I believe a big part of that was their skill in portraying them in all their self-absorbed exhibitionist glory. "Look at how danged smart I am while I go full bore into something mindbogglingly stupid that will likely end in my demise!..." Ouch. Makes me think of the Darwin Awards, you know, those stories about people doing exceptionally stupid things that only end in something very, very painful for them. Hate to say it, but this makes me think too of that quote, you may have seen it before too: Death and stupid people who don't know they're stupid are the same. It is only painful for everyone else. I caught this very interesting piece over at ZeroHedge , one that highlights remarks by SEC Chairman Gary Gensler. He points out that of all the bountiful benefits that this thing most people call "A.I." does, there is indeed one major item that may very well not be so desired after all. Makes perfect sense . Might want to take that Bible off your shelf for further reference. Seriously. It seems like anniversaries are the thing now, more vivid showcasing of them as ever. Just the other day July 4th featured the grandest exhibition I've ever seen of the power of all sorts of mortar, ordnance, munitions -- blinding and deafening in some instances, to the rapturous glee of all participants. Earlier last month it seemed lots of people liked to give some cred to "Juneteenth," you know, so they can viciously spout about how splendid their pretend "freedom" is. Even July 14th coming up in a week is celebrated a bit as the day when the common folk have the ganas  to pushback against the evil privileged hegemony by raiding the armory of a prison and commencing a period of wonton slaughter when everyone would really  see the meaning of  Liberté, égalité, fraternité!... ..." Ou la mort!" Huh. "Or death." Okay then... I'd like to think there are grand preparations all about for the actually significant anniversary, the one from 1523...

I've just uploaded my latest home page piece , this one for the summer here, and I always blog a bit to introduce it. There is always something I can add to the discussion, sometimes something I simply could not fit in the home page piece. It is really hard to do that right now. The reason is simply there are too many insanely demonic things heaving up from the Infernal Palace that I just don't have the time or wherewithal to get into them. Lots of others do, and that's fine -- I'd even made mention of Victor Davis Hanson who does a spectacular job of constantly reminding us of how Hell's designs make their way into interminably legitimate Ecclesiocratic behavior. Sometimes it just gets overwhelming. I can, however, make a brief reference to what I see in Scripture that reminds us that no matter how maniacally destructive are the arrangements of Cain's Legacy, God wins in the end.
