The problem is, when He actually comes back to find out how people have been blessed by the wonderful things He gives them, it is very possible there will be far too few who get it. It is actually, a quite sorrowful lament. But I do get it. I do look around and see the World ---- and its devotees. Very often they appear very smart, very kind, very savvy, very concerned about things being decent everywhere... and yet... They are such fools. Like Jeremiah observed, "Everyone is stupid and without knowledge." (From the tenth chapter) And without God, without an insightful conviction of fear of the Lord (there in the sixth verse of that chapter), people will just be fully confused. I have been wanting to blog about so many things, and, well, there is so much. I wrestle with what to address to introduce my latest home page piece , but it is overwhelming. This morning I had my devotional time on the patio, as I usually do, and right as I got to the middle of the Parable of the Sower in the eighth chapter of Luke, I looked up at a spectacular cloud formation illuminated by the just-rising sun. It was as if God had woven the most beautiful golden wool fleece in the sky. I've found I generally don't blog a whole lot in May. One, I've just got so much to do as a teacher as a school year comes to a close. The latest greatest in "AI"-generated video content comes from something called "Seedance 2.0." Nothing special about it except that it is just cleaner, smoother, nicer, and realer. Not really anything because soon there will still be  Better. And then after that even better. And better. And again better and better and better. And of course, Realer. If you're paying attention to the social media and ecclesiocratically injected propaganda, made so much more pronounced with the "AI"-generated graphic extravaganza, you may have met her. I was listening to a Greg Koukl podcast interview with fellow apologist Tim Barnett and it was all about the "AI." Very good stuff, there is always something new to discover not just about what should be called SPIT (Superfast Processing Information Technology) but how people are thinking about it and more importantly being captivated by what the Romanist mandarins are doing with it.
