"That Makes It Official"

Image
The Oscar awards were on the other night and while a long time ago when I was a starry-eyed kid enjoying the movies and actually getting into those awards, now I don't pay any attention to any of it at all. I actually looked and I could only find four decent movies that won the best picture award over the past 20 years or so. The rest were either garbage or, if I didn't see them, they were about a theme that was garbage. For instance a film I did not see,  12 Years a Slave,  may have been a wonderful story about a courageous  man seeking his freedom in a world of injustice -- I get all that, that's fine. But the only reason that film got as much acclaim as it did was it was merely another way for the entertainment virtue-signaling hegemony to lambast white people for being so evil, and to augment the continuing modern-day witch hunt of anyone who doesn't buy into the Frankfurt School Critical Theory dogma that is destroying everything. Most of the films have that increa...

Lord of Racialism

Image
So many are consumed by it. The Lord of Racialism insists you prove you aren't a racist or you will have the worst penalties assessed against you. And those proofs are the ones to which he says you must attend, such as frequent displays of sincere struggle session activity or regularly handing over decent portions of your value to demonstrate the most authentic sympathy for the interminable pain your ancestors have inflicted on those with a darker skin color than you. Oh, and this is an eternal penance, so get used to it. Occasionally I visit the local large retail bookstore, just to browse the new non-fiction -- see if there is anything that truly gets a bit into what is really going on. Nah. ::Sigh::  It's all the same -- World System imprimatur plap keeping people in their state of benighted quasi-comfort.  Here's a splendid example. A couple weeks ago (November 2) I was visiting the bookstore and perused this rack. Every tome here was a racialist screed of some sort, a...

The Pandemic of Folly

I was planning to pound out a post about the present circumstances with some specific thoughts in mind, but I'm going to put that off because I can't neglect to make a quick brief post on the recent "relief package" passed by Congress and signed by the president. Please know right out of the gate that this is what autocratic potentates do. There is always a crisis to exploit, always. And that this present authoritarian government is smothered in democracy language does not change the legitimate power Caesar has over a populace that indeed does afford him that privilege. But also know that there is a cost.  This $2 trillion "relief package" is merely another form of indulgence extraction. It is foisted upon the American people as something these white knights from Washington riding into town on their golden chariots are doing to rescue the downtrodden, hammered by the overwhelming fear largely manufactured by a brilliantly managed mass media network. Th...

The Tax Exemption Racket

I can't help but just put in a blog post with a link to this article I just found. ( Here if they've taken it down.) It is quite sobering. What is even more amazing is it isn't the only one. I've seen dozens like it before. It is so succinctly telling that I put a note about it, along with the link, on my website's 501c3 page . Even though I knew so much about what the article revealed, some things blew my mind. Like the fact that there are 1.6 million non-profits out there. And many of them can be so readily registered to do its racketeering for the most heinous things on the planet. It was interesting that the author even confessed that his own newspaper is a non-profit! Suck at being a private enterprise company, just turn yourself into a non-profit! It was also striking that he's not even sharing the things he doesn't know. He can't -- part of the whole point of the article. The evil is all so opaque , all subsidized by the U.S. taxpayer. ...

Profound Wisdom in Economics

Economics is sometimes called "dismal" science, and while there may be many explanations why, mine is this one: So many hifalutin economists with the most advanced scholarly credentials make the most boneheaded assertions about the way things are. I myself am a veteran economics teacher with some credentials, but my main qualification for elucidation of things the way they actually are is that I work hard to be a humble student of Scripture. I have a webzine and a blog to share some of what I discover, only to the extent that a reader may find Christ in the wisdom He shares with me as it is. I don't at all hold to any claim of anything, really. If what He sees me saying is off, that's cool, I've been corrected by Him thousands of times. Prayerfully look at His words in Scripture yourself to see . One of the main thrusts of my work is to challenge the silly assertions made by the legion of those making claim to expertise in the latest rendition of the dismal...

Your Human Sacrifice Representative on the Job

Image
I just had to put in a brief blog post about this past Sunday's Pearls Before Swine  strip. You should read the whole thing to get the idea, but these two frames are golden. They nicely elucidate in very graphic detail what exactly happens when World devotees go bananas enlisting fine smiley articulate well-groomed agents of Cain to try to make things the way they want things to be around them. Again, it doesn't matter who it is . Donald Trump or Nancy Pelosi. Jerome Powell or your friendly mortgage lender. Pope Francis or the fiery pithy minister at the non-profit church next door. It. Doesn't. Matter. Revere them revile them embrace them crusade for them want them assassinated in the most cruel way It. Doesn't. Matter. Your allegiance is fully with them to do the job of Lordship in your life. Scripture makes it pretty plain. So many don't get it, but here's the truth. You may think you're pretty cool (don't worry, I do too) but yo...

The Delightful Nobel Prize Folly

Everyone has known how silly the Nobel Peace Prize is. It is frequently awarded to people who've been horrifically violent yet have recently announced how much less violent they will be, or to people who contribute to the enablement of others' violence by offering up mealy-mouthed "peace" language to disguise their ineptitude, or to people who've done absolutely nothing but appear as quite nobly valiant racialist crusaders, such as Barack Obama in 2009. Such is the World System's grand institutionalized virtue signaling program. I also pay attention to a bit of the Nobel Prize in Economics, which was awarded this morning. It too has a reputation for foolishness, probably the most notable example is the one given to Myron Scholes in 1997, the guy who helped set up the genius Black-Scholes investment formula that was the linchpin in the notorious torpedoing of Long-Term Capital Management sinking to the bottom of the financial world investments amounting to ...

Spotlight on The Big Short

My latest home page piece was largely about the film Spotlight , and I wanted to blog a bit about finally seeing the film. My webzine remarks were based on knowledge I already had about the Catholic Church scandal and standard considerations of journalism's role in society, so seeing the film didn't alter anything shared in the piece. What I did find more striking than I'd previously thought was how well the film was made -- so I want to give it credit for that -- but I was also taken by the breadth to which people live in a state of denial about the most wretched things. Even though there are so many of them . And the breadth of that denial is so harrowingly large. If you think about it, the films Spotlight and another terrific film I'd just seen, The Big Short , are exactly the same. Really, they are. Both tremendously engaging because they're both all about the courage, wisdom, and fortitude required to shine the "spotlight", if you will, on th...

The Death of the Algorithm

Today I came across this piece in the Washington Post , and it kind of surprised me. I'd been seeing all this stuff about how great Bitcoin is and will be and let's all jump on the digital currency bandwagon and all our economic lives will be perfectly delightful all the time. Now some have come to see the reality of its lethal inadequacies. The problem is that the author of the piece is still an entrenched World inhabitant, believing if we just got at the algorithm, or, really, I should say The Algorithm , then all our economic lives will be perfectly delightful all the time. Erghck. Not surprised mind you. It is typical folly, I understand. I have nothing against any kind of currency, digital or otherwise -- these are just convenient tools to help with financial affairs. It's all good. The problem is that people are deaf, dumb, and blind to the real  issue. Oh, when I tell you what it is you'll say "Yeah yeah, I know that." When I tell you the solu...

Prayers With Incense

Image
This morning in my devotional time I read from the eighth chapter of the book of Revelation. I was quite taken by the first part of that passage, when just after the seventh seal is opened there is a period of complete silence in heaven, and then an angel takes a censor full of incense and the prayers of the saints and releases them before God. Wow. I've been taking to saying quiet prayers any time I hear a siren wail. Somebody really needs God in that moment. I've considered never telling anyone I do that because I just want it to be about God ministering to them, that's all. It's about them and their healing and salvation. The only reason I do bring it up is because today, while I was puttering around the house as I usually do on a lazy Saturday, I heard that siren, said a brief prayer, but it kept getting louder with other sirens joining in. One of them became particular mournful, exceedingly so, like the sickest banshee you could ever hear. Makes sense. Th...

The $1.2 Billion Value Extraction

Image
Yesterday when I heard the news that Steve Ballmer was going to pay $2 billion for the Los Angeles Clippers NBA franchise I just about fell out of my chair. Thing is, I do know exactly why an $800 million team, tops, went for $2,000 million. It has everything to do with the reigning zeitgeist constructors. What the heck does that mean? It means that people are going to pay through the nose for a team that is going way out of its way to ensure everyone that it doesn't have a racist at the helm. Come on, think about it. What is the Clippers? It is a basketball team, reasonably popular, it's made the playoffs a few times recently, it plays in the second largest media market in the country, yadda yadda. But what else? The highest valued professional sports team franchise in the world is Manchester United, the European soccer club, at something a bit over $2 billion. The NFL's Dallas Cowboys is at around $2 billion I'm pretty sure, but I think part of all that involv...

Rational Human Sacrifice

I try to keep my radar tuned in to things said out there about human sacrifice. I do so because a prominent thrust of my web work is the firm proposition that human sacrifice is habitually practiced all the time right now by everyone who isn't in Christ. In fact, those who are fully committed followers of Christ are also human sacrificers, it is just they are sacrificing themselves in the love they have for others. The fact is you can't avoid it. By the virtue of spiritual reality... You are doing human sacrificing . Oh it may not be the kind in which the beautiful virgin is tied up and witch doctors dance around her in hallucinatory hysterics just before heaving her into the raging volcano. Today it takes so many different forms that are quite imperceptible to most people simply because they are so accustomed to doing it themselves. This is not even to mention how much the powers-that-be of the World System are involved in enabling it, c...

Delicate Truth

I write my webzine with one purpose in mind: to draw people to Christ. The most prominent thrust in this effort is to showcase the wildly distinctive contrast between the Kingdom in which Christ reigns with love and mercy; and the World System set in motion by God millennia ago and today administered by sworn operatives in Cain's legacy of the most ruthless sin management. The trick is to see the difference, as well as to approach the characteristics of the contrast not with ferocious remonstrations against what must be or with meek resignation enduring obsequious enslavement. It is to understand . Even as He says in the ninth chapter of Jeremiah, it is to boldly "understand and know God" for the purpose of being introduced to the bounty of His Truth and Grace. I do the very best that I can with that, in large part on the work I do with my webzine's home page piece, which this month has touched on the idea of wealth renunciation . It is that concept tha...

That Cabin in the System

The other night I watched the horror film The Cabin in the Woods on DVD with my son and his buddies. It turns on its head the whole spookiness and scariness of a creaky old haunted cabin deep in the woods. As the film progressed it actually got goofier and goofier, but I think the filmmakers knew that so they made it all good fun, in spite of the grotesque blood-spewing violence. But then I think that's just the "Happy Tree Friends" trend nowadays. Hyperbolic gore -- hilarious! The reason I mention it here is because the main pretext was there are these people in a huge control facility arranging the actual physical human sacrifice of five young adults for the purpose of pleasing "the old powerful ancients down there." It was all processed with the greatest precision in order to make sure that all of humankind is preserved pretty much on the basis of this blood-letting successfully satiating the ancients. Thing is... This is happening to everyone right no...

Taken

A popular New York publication put out a feature that's getting some attention these days called "Taken," the story of the way Caesar executes "asset forfeiture," or "civil forfeiture." This is pretty much the confiscation of anything Caesar can "legally" get his hands on to quasi-penalize quasi-criminals and rationalize funding law enforcement. I don't know how anyone can read this expose and then turn around and say with a straight face that human sacrifice does not happen today on a regular basis. Yes, the human sacrifice -- nothing really different from yanking pulsating hearts out of flailing people at the top of the ziggurat-type tower. If you've seen my web work you know that one of the prominent features of my Catholicist Nation premise is that human sacrifice is carried out in a variety of forms as a matter of habitual, necessary practice by those who don't live in, with, and by Christ. I'm always blown away wh...
