What Happens on the World Theater Stage is Not What It Is

Image
Today fine conservative influencer Charlie Kirk was shot dead at one of his very popular "Change My Mind" type college campus events. It was absolutely shocking news to most everyone -- so accomplished at such a young age, he got deep into the most visible platforms of the culture war discourse yet did so with graciousness and respect no matter who he spoke with or about. He did want to tell the truth about things, and yes, it may have pushed the boundaries of the Overton Window. Everyone will say something about why it happened, much of which is meaningless, really. It is just part of the theater created to keep imaginations catastrophized. Ironically tomorrow is the anniversary of one of the most major of these events, 9/11. Sadly it appeared Kirk had his carotid artery shattered by the bullet, exactly the kind of wound suffered by Martin Luther King Jr. at the hand of a sniper. Thing is, as most good World System factualists (sometimes unfairly tarred as conspiracy theoris...

Remember Remember THIS Fifth of November

Image
Huh, I just heard for the first time when this year's US presidential election day is. November 5th. Huh. Didn't know that. Because as you know, "Remember remember the fifth of November, gunpowder treason and plot. For there is a reason why gunpowder and treason should ne'er be forgot." What does that mean? Does it mean that because they once tried to assassinate our beloved king by detonating a gazillion kegs of explosives under the Parliament building we'd better be sure that kind of thing just doesn't happen again by ferociously prosecuting those we all are told did it? And if anyone tries to do it again they know they'll get it right in the ----?! Or is it a reminder that any time a king even once even remotely even a little bit tries to be a ::gasp::  -- TYRANT  -- then we all know what to do? So don't forget it, okay, don't forget what they tell us needs to be done to keep the bad tyranny away...  In the great glorious name of DEMOCRACY!...

What Are We Supposed to Do When We Do Never Forgetting?

Image
All kinds of 9/11 remembrances are being pronounced everywhere today, as they always are on September 11ths. Today it seems I'm seeing quite a few more "Never Forget"s everywhere, might be just because I'm noticing them more. And they are everywhere , on just about every web page, on my Twitter feed everyone is posting pics of the twin towers with those words -- I'm even seeing them outside of churches, and they're likely inside when they mention it in their services. I think about that. "Never Forget." Why? I mean, thinking about what happened and praying for the families and working hard for very good things for everyone all around is a very good thing, but I wonder. Does "Never Forget"ing mean actually looking closely at what actually happened on that day, and why? One of the things the operatives who arranged it did was catastrophize the imagination . It is one of the weapons in the arsenal of human sacrifice activity -- keeping the pop...

The 3,000th Human Sacrifice - Eh, Whatever. Err, Wait! I'm Supposed to Care? Well, Okay Then! Oh!

I had to post a follow-up to the last post about the wretched condition of a world consumed by darkness. The latest was the recognition of nearly 800 forgotten deaths of children born to some the most tragically marginalized people, sexually abused women. I had gotten the idea that the remains were physically discovered, but apparently they were merely found by someone filing through the records kept at the time. Still, apparently there have been anecdotal tales along the lines of "Mommy, look what I found in the empty field down the road" as the skull of a small child is held up for inspection by an adult expressing the requisite incredulity. I simply had to add a remark about something the author of Philomena  had said in his op-ed in the Washington Post, something that more fully reveals his own intractably Catholicist sentiments. What does this mean, Catholicist sentiments? It means that as much as he and a huge portion of the world rage and rail and rant at the Roma...

Capernaum

I realized something just the other day. That it is 25 years ago today that I heard the most spirit-blasting message from the pulpit that I've ever heard. I remember the day because it was a Sunday when after the church service, my buddies and I had gone to Candlestick Park to see the Giants play the Astros. I count this Sunday as that very day's anniversary even though the actual date was interestingly September 11. One of the striking things about that game, the particular thing that kept this day in my memory, was what happened a few minutes before the game began at its 1:05 scheduled start. A few thousand people were already filling the seats and a good number of them were listening on their radios to the 49ers game in New York just finishing up. It was a close affair and with a minute left the football Giants had taken the lead. After the 49ers got the ball back deep in their own territory, Joe Montana threw a perfect strike to Jerry Rice stre...

The Latest Feature in the 9/11 Extravaganza

Image
It is 9/11 and the common sentiment is that we commemorate things today with solemn events and quite contemplation. I wonder how many think at all about how much our "imaginations are catastrophized," a term Tupper Saussy coined to describe precisely what World operatives are still doing to a large extent with grandiose 9/11 mythology. Here is the latest that I saw: This is the memorial for the Pentagon victims, and right when I saw this photograph I could not help but think, "airport runway lights." You tell me, does this not look like runway lights for an jet airliner to land right into the Pentagon building? Could this be a subliminal suggestion that we are to believe that what hit the Pentagon on 9/11 was actually an airliner? Furthermore shouldn't this be interpreted as a subtle message about the bright glory of a work which effectively mobilized the nation to battle evildoers on a grander scale? The latest about 9/11 is from the National Institute of Stand...

The Exorcism of Rosie O'Donnell

Was talking with a friend Wednesday night and he mentioned that the producers of Loose Change were going to appear on The View the following morning. For those who don't know, Loose Change is a documentary that merely asks the penetrating questions about what really happened on 9/11. The View is one of those banal "Regis and Kathie Lee" talkoramas hosted by four hip happenin' women. Wow, I thought, here're the guys who put chinks the size of planets in the official 9/11 theory on a mainstream morning talk show--hmm, what's that mean? Turns out they didn't appear at all. Just so happened that on Wednesday Rosie O'Donnell and her rival conservative host on the show Elisabeth Hasselbeck got into quite the heated shouting match. I know nothing about how they do these things, but I'm thinking O'Donnell wanted to pull the Loose Change guys over by the scruff of the neck and plop them down on the show to boast, "See! See! I told you all that...

Debunking the Culture War Debunking

A new book is out by wunderkind 9/11 debunker David Ray Griffin called, appropriately enough, Debunking 9/11 Debunking . So, to review, back on September 11th, 2001, there were these planes that went into buildings and caused us all to be horrified. Naturally we all asked, “What happened?” Then the media gave us the story of Muslim extremist terrorists who flew the planes and all the rest of it. And then evidence arose that it was an inside job— that, for instance, the towers were brought down by controlled demolition. And so the media went to work debunking that evidence. (Viz: “The structures of the towers were such that a single plane could indeed have destroyed the building, and here’s all the technical mumbo-jumbo that would make that possible.) And then the truth seekers went to work debunking that debunking. (Viz: “You say this-and-that technical mumbo-jumbo, but here’s other technical mumbo-jumbo that clearly disputes that.”) The Culture War continues. Oh, the powers-that-be ...

Why Jeremiah Cried

Jeremiah was known as the weeping prophet. He so viscerally told of the way things were going in Jerusalem that it brought him to tears. And not just a few drops, but an entire fountain, as it says there in chapter nine. At least the grief caused him to feel like sobbing as much. Why did he feel this way? It was simple. He had to confront adulterous people . People who once said they'd be faithful, and later became prostitutes. To whom were they betrothed? None other than God Himself. To whom did they solicit themselves? The majestic and exalted Legacy of Cain. God grieved over this Himself, and said to His beloved Jerusalem, "You may have him." What is phenomenal is that all the while He promised, " But I will win you back ." I feel quite a bit like Jeremiah today. It is 9/11. The Anniversary. And all I see is grief. Lots and lots of grieving. As I feel as I do, I grieve also. But I must say that I grieve more as Jeremiah did. I so want to tell people wha...
